Replaced a paper diary with a fitting tracker his whole shop uses.

140
fittings a month

in their words
Where it started
Mehta Tailoring ran on a paper diary. Fittings, alterations and pickup dates all lived in one book that never left the counter, and the rest lived in Arjun’s head. When the diary went missing for a week in wedding season, he decided that was enough.
What they built
Fittings is a calendar of appointments with a card for each customer: measurements, fabric, photos from the last fitting and what still needs doing. The tailors see today’s list on a tablet in the back. Customers get a text the day before.
What changed
About 140 fittings a month now run through the app, and the first version took three hours. Nobody has asked where the diary is since March.
